Crest is a currently under-construction residential development in North Vancouver. Located in the Lonsdale District of North Vancouver, the project features two residential buildings with 161 apartment condo units and 18 townhouses. Working in tandem with the region's sustainable building goals, Crest is being constructed using hybrid mass timber technology.

Constructed on the site of a former Telus switch station, the bulk of the project's residences are being crafted in wood. The remaining townhouse units will be made of concrete.

Developed by Adera and designed by Integra Architecture, exterior and interior renderings for Crest show a modern and West Coast aesthetic, with tonal wood and stone materiality combined with floor-to-ceiling glass, offering residents views of the Burrard Inlet and the lights of Vancouver.

For future residents of Crest, amenities are aplenty. These include a full kitchen with entertainment area, a fitness room, shared outdoor space, and EV charging stalls. Residents will also be quite close to commercial amenities in the area with two bus routes nearby and easy access to the restaurants and grocery stores that Lonsdale has to offer. Estimated completion for Crest is late 2020.
