Bringing mid-rise density to the corner of River Road and Hollybridge Way, located diagonally from the Olympic Oval, the final piece in the masterplanned development rises 17 storeys and contains 219 units. One-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and townhomes offer between 556 and 2,809 square feet of living space.

The IBI Group-designed complex will include a lounge, karoke space, games room, courtyard, boardroom, recital room, study room and two guest suites when fully completed.
