Close to four months since our last update, and progress at the three-tower Lougheed Heights in Coquitlam has moved ahead significantly. The recently topped-off tower trio now also has most of its exterior glass and other cladding materials in place, it to not be long now before the project reaches outward completion.

Ranging from 39 to 29 storeys, Lougheed Heights is on target to be a very dense project - soon to be home to more than 500 residents. Walking distance to the Lougheed Town Centre, and thus close as well to the SkyTrain, the development by BlueSky and Bosa will no doubt be a popular one among buyers looking for a mix of convenience and comfort.

To these ends, Lougheed Heights will include 17,000 sq. ft. of amenity space within its purpose built pavilion, which will include a pool, fitness centre, lounge, and an outdoor terrace. All of this will be joined by much smaller individual amenity spaces within each of the towers.

Part and parcel of Coquitlam's recent building boom, Lougheed Heights will be a fine addition to the Vancouver suburb upon its completion.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
