Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc, the 10-storey tower will contain a total of 104 rental units consisting of 51 studio, 27 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom apartments. Residential amenities will include an indoor room in the south-west corner of the building, as well as an outdoor terrace with spaces for urban agriculture, a BBQ, a communal table, and a lounging area.

There will be 50 car parking spaces on 2 levels of underground parking. 131 bike parking spaces will be located on the ground level and the first level of the underground parking. Both the 1st Avenue and Cook Street public realm will be improved with new street trees, widened sidewalks, and granite paving.

Future residents will be able to enjoy nearby restaurants and shops, several parks, and the Seawall - all within a short walk. The location is well-served by public transit, with both the Olympic Village and Main Street-Science World Skytrain stations within a 15-minute walk, as well as several bus routes nearby.
