Fraser Commons, a development by Serracan Investments is progressing fast in South Vancouver. The site at the north-east intersection of Fraser Street and SE Marine Drive, formerly occupied by a motel, will become home to a vibrant, mixed-use development.

Designed by Francl Architecture, Fraser Commons will consist of four buildings, including a 22-storey tower, a 12-storey tower and two 5-storey mid-rise buildings. There will be a total of 368 market residential units, including 48 studios, 160 one-bedrooms, 140 two-bedrooms, 10 three-bedrooms, and 10 townhomes. Residential amenities will include a rooftop terrace with gardens, greenery, and seating, in addition to a gym, and a multipurpose room with a shared kitchen.

The development will include beautiful landscaping and will feature a 1/4 acre community park designed by Hapa Collaborative. There will be over 15,000 sf of retail space along SE Marine Drive and Fraser Street, as well as a daycare for 37 children.

Parking will be located over two levels of underground space, as well as at grade, and will provide 377 car and 460 bicycle parking spaces. Residents will have access to several bus routes along Fraser Street and SE Marine Drive. Fraser Commons is within close proximity to schools, community centres, parks, and shopping.
