When finished, the building will be 18 storeys and 185 ft tall. The first four storeys will contain a mixture of retail and residential space, while floors five to eighteen will be purely residential.

The building will have a water feature and industrial timber-themed seating. Amenities will include indoor kitchenette, barbecue space, rooftop urban agriculture plots on the second floor, a deck area, and a children’s play area. The site will have access to the restaurants and retail within the River District, and access to the Fraser Foreshore Trail just a few hundred metres away. The nearest bus line is the east-west 100 line.
