Little more than a year since our last update, and progress at Art on 6th, at the corner of West 6th Ave and Fir St in Fairview, has been steady, with the structure now move-in ready. Evidence of occupancy has begun to appear across the face of the development as it would appear that tenants have now started to move in.

Comprised of 97 rental units, the 12-storey apartment block by Austerville Properties and W.T. Leung Architects helps fill the void in Vancouver's tight rental market, adding room for upwards of 125 people. In total, there are 55 one-bedrooms, 10 one-bedroom-plus-dens, and 32 two-bedrooms available.

Amenities include a fitness centre, furnished guest suite, carwash bay, and 22 electric car dock stations. Furthermore, Art on 6th has been granted LEED Gold certification, thereby lending a helping hand as well to Vancouver's green reputation.
