The building will be six storeys, with a height of 63.75 feet and a gross floor area of 38,796 square feet. All units will be market rental, with three studio, 20 one-, 15 two-, and 10 three-bedroom units for a total of 48. There will be 32 vehicle parking spaces and 60 bicycle spaces.

The project will target LEED Gold certification, with water use efficiency, energy efficiency, and air venting components used to achieve this. The building is in an excellent neighbourhood, with a 96 walk score and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The building will be located near several parks, including Arbutus Greenway, Connaught Park, and the Arbutus Greenway. Kitsilano Community Centre is only 800 metres away. The site is well served by transit, with the 016 bus available right outside the building, and the Broadway bus lines 500 metres away. The property will also be located just a few minutes away from Arbutus station on the future Millennium Line Broadway Extension.
