Coquitlam's future tallest tower has made some significant progress over the last twelve months. The build site for Marcon Developments' 49-storey 567 Clarke + Como has recently become a hive of activity, the development now steadily moving towards grade.

Located adjacent to the SkyTrain corridor and just steps away from Burquitlam Station, the high-density development will bring 364 residential units to the neighbourhood, in addition to a sprawling ground floor retail space. Walking distance to a grocery store, mini-mall, and a mix of restaurants and shops, the well-situated high-rise will be a popular address for those looking for a quick commute and convenient access to local services.

Designed by GBL Architects, 567 Clarke + Como will consist of two main volumes, separated at its midpoint by its 28th floor, double-height, amenity level. The amenity space will include a fitness centre equipped with a gym, sports courts, and a yoga studio, in addition to music/karaoke rooms, table tennis, play rooms for kids, and two guest suites. There will also be a fully equipped lounge, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

Once complete, 567 Clarke + Como will become Coquitlam's tallest tower, the project representative of the Vancouver suburb's ongoing urban transformation.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
