Rising fast, the timber-frame mid-rise residential development known as Delta Gardens is coming soon to the western reaches of central Surrey. Located at 11501 84th Avenue, the dual-structure development by Maple Leaf Homes and Barnett Dembek Architects will contain 122 condo units alongside 12 townhouses, for a grand total of 134 new homes.

Situated as well within easy walking distance to North Delta Park, and the North Delta Recreation Centre, residents will have excellent access to a full range of sports and other leisure activities, including a pool, skating rink, and local curling league. To this end, Delta Gardens has been designed with a West Coast, outdoors-inspired design, with angular, pitched roofs, and a strong reliance upon cedar soffits.

Delta Gardens will be comprised mainly of a mix of one-, two, and three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 587-1,368 square feet. Prices will range from $400,000-700,000, making for semi-affordable living.

Interior finishes and appliances will be top-rate, including electric fireplaces, quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, and deep soaker tubs. Slated for completion by 2019, Delta Gardens will be a fine addition to Surrey, bringing an influx of upwards fo 200 new residents into the Delta Park neighbourhood.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
