Square Nine Development's Chris Dikeakos Architects-designed Union has now reached completion in Coquitlam. The 19-storey, 109-unit residential high-rise is but the latest project of this nature to debut within the rapidly intensifying Lougheed Town Centre.

Union will bring up to 200 new residents to the area, one which is well-served by a mall and rapid transit, owing to the close proximity of Lougheed Town Centre Station. For drivers, the development will place residents nearly adjacent to two major highways, including BC HWY 7 and the Trans-Canada Highway.

Union sits atop a gassy knoll, and as such the inclusion of a setback rooftop amenity deck has been included by the architect as a nod to the region's hilly topography. Visible above and below, the area bounding the tower is in actual fact quite hilly, the local landscape featuring many different grades.

Close to shops, restaurants, services, and transit, Union will be a popular address for those looking for a blend of urban and suburban living.
