At fifteen storeys, Tower Green at West has been fitted with a mix of framed-in and open balconies, the illusion of a multi-volumed facade provided by a series of white "boxes" that block off various rectilinear portions of the exterior as viewed above. Randomly placed coloured windows have added a bit of whimsy to the overall look of the tower as well, thereby adding some additional visual interest.

Down at street level, the custom landscaping has been augmented by the inclusion of a large public art installation (above) known as "Nautika," as created by Marie Khouri. Evocative of the Age of Sail, the piece is appropriate given Vancouver's rich maritime history.

The cozy addition of planters, pavers, and boardwalks have brought a welcoming, outdoorsy vibe to the space between this and other developments in the area, once again effectively referencing the city's nature-inspired aesthetic.
