Three months since our last update, and progress at the site of Bosa Properties and BlueSky Properties' Lougheed Heights in Coquitlam has been moving along swiftly, the first two of the three-tower residential high-rise development having now risen several storeys above grade.

Viewed above, the westernmost tower has begun its ascent over and above its glass-wrapped podium base, the soon-to-be 29-storey, 242-unit tower backing onto North Road to be known as the Marquee. Set to rise above a 17,000 square-foot amenity space, the Marquee will feature a pool, lounge, and terrace.

Moving east from North Road along Foster Ave, the tallest of the three towers, located in the middle of the build site, has also begun to rise well above street level, as shown in the images above and below. At 39-storeys, the 336-unit middle tower will similarly rise above a large podium base, and will feature a multi-storey rooftop amenity space.

Located next to the SkyTrain tracks, and thus in close proximity to Burquitlam Station, the development will serve residents looking for a convenient connection to the downtown core.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
