In the three months since our last update, progress has been moving along rapidly at the site of Concert Properties' 5-building, Rafii Architects-and-Richard Henry Architect Inc.-designed, Navio at the Creek residential project in downtown Vancouver. Recent photos on our Forum highlight the level of near-completion attained by Buildings 3 and 4, these being the last of the project to approach the point of being move-in ready.

Viewed above, Building 3 and its sister tower, Building 4 (poking out to the left), are distinguishable from the rest of the site owing to their shared swoop, which is carried across both structures.

Viewed above in close-up, Building 4, like its counterpart, is structurally and aesthetically complete, save for some final landscaping touches to be finished in the coming weeks.

Ranging from 12-18 storeys, the soon-to-be completed Navio at the Creek will soon be joined by a sizeable public realm component in the form of a large public park and green space.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
