Topped off, and almost completely clad save for the uppermost floors, progress at WestStone Group's Evolve in Surrey has been moving along nicely since our last update. One of several recent highrise projects in the area, the aptly named Evolve has become part of Surrey's ongoing urban transformation.

Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects, the 407-unit residential tower will feature a floor-ceiling glass facade rising from the corner of 133 Street and 103A Avenue at the heart of the rapidly growing Surrey City Centre.

Grounded by a three-level, 8,500 square feet office podium, Evolve will offer a mix of residential and commercial space. For residents, amenities will include outdoor spaces, a fitness centre, and theatre upon completion in late 2018.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
