When the site of Tate Downtown in Vancouver was last looked at, the architectural geometry began to take shape as construction reached nine storeys above grade. Since then, Tate Downtown has taken its place in the Vancouver skyline as construction has reached the final floor of the 40-storey tower and the exterior design of the tower has become visible.

This project by Bonds Group of Companies was designed by Merrick Architecture and is beginning take its final form. This residential tower contains 333 units, as well as both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces to be enjoyed by residents. Tate Downtown will also feature a 12-foot water wall, and a world-class porte-cochère which reflects the art and functionality that the tower espouses.

Over the course of last year, and the beginning of this year, the clad concrete structure has given rise to all 40 storeys. This was followed by the installation of glass, framing, and panels, forming the exterior cladding of the building, revealing the tower's unique curvilinear design and architectural geometry.
