A new photo update shows the state of the construction progress at MYIE Group's mixed-use Richmond International Trade Centre, which was designed by GBL Architects. Topping off for the multifaceted project, which reaches 14 storeys at its highest point, was achieved in November 2017.

The development arranges a major retail component at the base with a ten-storey office tower hosting approximately 8,500 square feet of space on each level. Another office tower containing 12 storeys will have above-grade parking, represented in the images by the slanted floor plates.

A 14-storey luxury boutique hotel, OPUS by YOO Collection, will introduce 110 rooms to the site in 2019 as part of a push to expand the brands in Canada and Mexico. The hotel development will be the partnership's first joint endeavour.

All programs will be linked by a podium rooftop with shared outdoor amenity spaces. When structural work nears completion, the public realm around the building will begin taking shape.
