A three-building condominium complex grows where Cambie Street takes a jog, boosting the residential density of a site on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Park. 35 Park West by Washington Properties and IBI Group hugs the curving tree-lined street with six storeys of contemporary living space expected to take occupancy this year.

The mid-rise trio splits 183 residences across the volumes, which feature protruding outdoor spaces. One- to three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 550 to 1,600 square feet, are finished with nine-foot ceiling heights — an extra foot is afforded in the uppermost floors — engineered hardwood flooring, quartz kitchen countertops, and a designer appliance package.

The group of buildings are stepped in the rear to allow room for oversized terraces to flourish. Each penthouse comes with a private rooftop terrace, which renderings portray overflowing with greenery. The two wings of each U-shaped building flank a landscaped pedestrian courtyard that function as outdoor amenity spaces.

Opaque white panelling, window wall, and green spandrel currently clad the three buildings, giving the complex a near-finished look as exterior materials continue to be applied.
