I'm a professor at University of Toronto doing phtogrammetry of West Island where I used to swim every day year-round.


Today I plan to be at the Firepit of Trillium Park around 12noon to do a rehearsal lecture of the Keynote Address I'm giving at ACM HumanSys-2024.

Our block is B, and we received a notice that the final occupancy date is now set for October 28th. Additionally, we got an email yesterday with information about the temporary garbage bins from the management office.

We currently live nearby and often drive by Victown, so I don’t think anyone is living there yet, as I still see ongoing construction.

Which block are you? When is your occupancy date?

I am also in B block. The firm occupancy is Oct 28. Do you know what the ongoing rate to sell this is or to rent in this area?

Hi sorry but I just saw this. I don't really check the details about selling or renting but I guess you are not able to do either selling or renting for the first year if you purchase a new construction. Our firm occupancy is also Oct 28th and it doesn't look like to be completed as I drove by today.
