Morning OP, are you an owner of one crosstown condo? i saw ur commentes back in 2021. "They have already notified the owners of enacting the unavoidable delay clause due to covid-19 so there isn't a major rush. "
i like to know when did u find out the delay notice? i only recevied the end of delay notice in 2022 dec. but builder said they send buyer the first notice on 2021 feb 12..

I can't recall when I got the notice but I did around that time... I guess it depends maybe which building not sure.

Lots of people losing big $ on this project and others across the city too. hope you are able to close

thx, yeah i was trying to re assign it back in 2022 and got rejected by builder.now im 1 month away from closing and builder gives me the permission to reassign ...and i have to lose 15% deposite plus extra to find a buyer..my lawyer said if builder didnt notice buyer in 20 days he could help me to backout from it, but now it seems builder did send me the notice i prob missed it.
