Some balcony floors have been painted gray (so maybe the walls are gray behind the protective plastic?).
The ledges have not been painted gray though.
The ceilings are painted white.

Looks like they are just painting the slab edges that are being covered by the balcony glass and will do the rest later.

Cladding has been trimmed out.
Just mullions and louvres to go on this side.
Alley side still not clad.
I think the really narrow grooves will be lighted.

That pipe is almost gone.
The balcony walls are being uncovered and are that same light coloured aluminum panel,
which will cause some unfortunate colour-blocking on the facade of the tower.

Cambie side has a full podium height curtain wall segment like the Smithe side.

Here are shots with the balcony cladding uncovered.
There will be light gray stripes up each corner of the building at the balconies.

The cladding over that pipe is not flush.

The aluminum panels form two-tone light coloured stripes.
I think they have the lighter panelling to match the Law Society Building next door.

Chunky louvres.
I think there will also be some airfoil type louvres as well (there was a sample on the Smithe side) - but that could have changed.
These may look cleaner.
