Is the condo all sold? Is this project also targeting the oversea buyers, it would be a tough sell, for most Asians don't like this containers design and they really believe the Fung sui when buy the properties.

Fencing along Hastings Street is gone. Hopefully the sidewalk is reopening soon. The rendering is showing trees along the sidewalk, but I didn't see any sign of the infrastructure for tree planting.
