I think the buildings under construction are for a different project. This one is:

Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
• 4 midrise residential buildings (4, 5, 8 and 12 storeys);
• 2-storey central amenity;
• 168 dwelling units; and
• 2 levels of underground parking.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
