Kingsway is slowly transforming from drab 1- and 2- storey buildings and surface parking lots to mid- and high-rises.

Parking is already a problem along Kingsway when going to the restaurants and stores, it will be worse when more lowrise developments are coming.

This development has 16 units and 16 parking spots. There are a few proposed nearby with more parking. Hopefully locals will walk and people from further afield will take public transit.

@LUVIT! I agree! The building works well to show case the triangular land parcel. There is another project on the west end of the block by same developer; the two projects bookend the block well.
