1043129 BC Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to restore and retain the front façade of a fire damaged heritage “C” Building and develop a new four-story mixed use building consisting of:
- retail, at first floor and 18 rental dwelling units onsecond, third and fourth floor;
- a proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of approximately2.98 (12,032.5 square feet);
- a proposed height of approximately 45.14 feet; and
- two surface parking spaces, having vehicular accessfrom the lane
- Under the C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
