Finally nearing completion. This one feels like it's taken forever for a relatively small structure.

They must have damaged a pane during construction.
(or maybe they forgot to drill a hole to power the Apple logo )

Every time I walk westbound on Georgia, I think that the big blank wall should have a nice big 1960's-ish metal sculpture mounted on it.

Agree! Although it looks like that blank wall will be replaced with glass at the new redevelopment.
