Holborn Holdings Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an 8-storey, mixed-use building situated at the south-east quadrant of the Little Mountain Site, comprising 7 levels of market dwelling units above one level of commercial space at grade. The proposal includes the following:
• 126 market dwelling units;
• Building height of approximately 27 m (88.6 ft.);
• Total floor space area of 11,766 m² (126,648 sq.ft.); and
• Two levels of underground parking with 218 parking spaces all accessed from the lane.
This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on July 26, 2016. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
