I think they are still working on the interior. And with the current situation, who knows when they will move in...

This is probably my favorite building in Vancouver right now. responds to the surroundings, not too heavy handed, unique in the City but not "absurd."

Why in the name of God did the tenant put a file on the west windows? There was exposed cross-bracing in there. Now it looks awful.
