Renos to the West Georgia side (to remove the large freestanding concrete arch/facade, reglaze the pavilion and supposedly help it match the Amazon building on Dunsmuir) posted at SSP:

They've been gradually fencing off the plaza for the last week.

Work has also begun on the lobby renovations. I've included an image of that too.
