6-storey mixed-use building going up on the SW corner of Hastings and Hamilton. Retail on the ground floor, SFU's Radius Innovation Centre (part of the Beedie School of Business) on the second, and market rate rentals for SFU students above.

Here's a pic from about 118 years ago. The building on the left is what used to occupy the site at 308 West Hastings. Cows in the street, no cars or crosswalks, no war memorial (World War I was still years away), driving on the left, cyclist having to watch out for piles of cow and horse manure and not getting his wheels caught in the trolley tracks.
