Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
• a 6-storey, mixed-use building, containing:
69 space child daycare facility;
neighbourhood house;
48 non-market housing units;
the community public plaza;
• an approximate height of 20 m (65.6 ft.);
• an approximate Floor Space Ratio of 1.53 (61,669 sq.ft.); and
• all over one level of underground parking accessed from the lane.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
