The Grandview-Woodland has for the most part escaped high-rise development, but there big changes in the future. Walking around the neighbourhood one can see several redevelopment notices, and there are rumblings of many more potential projects, i.e. the Safeway redevelopment and Britania Community Cervices Centre redevelopment.
