The unit I'm looking at is the opposite side of Metrotown I think :( but my current place has a view of metrotown, it's nice at night :)

So your new place will be facing north, damn! But the bright side is you can see the mountains all year round. Lol

Between the views of mountains, sea and skyline, I'd pick the water view anytime over the other two. ;)
