Is this the one right beside the Royal Oak skytrain station? It sure took a long time to get to this stage, there was already a hole there 2 years ago when I was working in that area.

It was actually my first time in the area, but considering that the project got approved in 2014(ish), I guess it was a hole in the ground for a long time

This must be the slowest construction progress I've ever seen in my life, after more than one and half month since the June update they are still working on the first floor, they must have only one guy working in the entire site. I feel sorry for the people who already purchased their units and they probably won't be able to move until 10 years later. LOL
