The City has received an application to rezone 450 West Georgia Street from DD (Downtown District) and C-5 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to allow for a 23-storey office building with retail at grade. The proposal includes:

A community open house will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in Salon B of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre (650 Hamilton Street). City staff and the applicant team will be available to answer questions.
