I hadn't seen that one for Victoria Drive, that's a great little development.

That whole area around commercial and Broadway could really build up if this gets built.

The ubiquitous traffic and height complaint that accompanies every development it seems. I get that height can sometimes be too tall, but in this case they've scaled it nicely.

This looks good, and like City of Rain said, there will be some taller buildings giving more of a 'midtown' vibe in that area.
