i'm not a fan of the design of the building. feel like it's going to feel pretty dated pretty quick.

building looks different than the usual ones that are built. so i'm looking forward to seeing this one rise as well!

Certainly adds more color than the usual buildings in the city. I don't mind. Would like to see what it actually looks like when it gets built.
