GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
  • a 26-storey and a 6-storey residential rental building;
  • 337 dwelling units; and
  • two levels of underground parking.
River District Parcel 13 is a 242,000 SF affordable residential rental development that accommodates 337 rental dwellings within a 26-storey tower and a six-storey mid-rise building, of which 123 units are designated as family friendly two- and three-bedroom suites.
