Biggest time saver was not having multi-level underground parking. 1 floor excavated and then it was go time.

Small floor plates has to be a factor in the pace. Exciting we're getting more of these, like Nest that get built quickly; has to help...

Agreed. The previous design was much better, at this point it's a case of it still being better than what's there now, but still...

That's really too bad, the previous proposal was much more interesting both from an architecture and use perspective. Only a few blocks...
