    4118-4138 Cambie St

Yup, people will forever be looking back on this one as a huge missed opportunity right across from the train station, especially with all the additional density now allowed in the area due to the provincial changes.

Thanks for all the updates! Not a fan of the tower itself on this one, but must admit the public realm is quite nice.

Vancouver, 2543-2583 Renfrew Street and 2895 East 10th Avenue

It's great to see this block go from a few single family homes to a ton of housing, plus a continuous commercial streetwall.

This one is a big miss for me. Nothing about it looks good.

These both turned out really well.

I'm sure they could get a lot more density here now if they wanted. Wouldn't be surprised if there's some sort of rework in the works.

This looks fantastic in my opinion.

    Simple but well executed

    1111 Kingsway

With the additional density on Kingsway they're going to have to think about putting some more pedestrian crossings. I'm sure it'll be unpopular with commuters, but there's some sections where you can't cross for like 4 or 5 blocks which is super frustrating as a pedestrian.

    6 West 17th Avenue (Turner Dairy) | ?m | 3s | Turner Dairy | ASIR Studio

I like it and think it's done well. It's absolutely baffling that these townhouses are going for like 1.6 mil though

    Pure West 49th

Developers tend to shy away from doing mixed use unless they have to, so i think it's a sign that the number of development sites in the cambie corridor is quickly shrinking. Most of the easier residential sites have been picked up at this point

    Pure West 49th

Good to see this mixed use strip along 49th get going!

Skeena Terrace, 2108 and 2408 Cassiar St, BC Housing

Decent overall, but it would have been nice to see a bit more density here, and a bit more commercial. This site is basically a blank slate, it really could be maximized more.

    The Stack | 161.54m | 36s | Oxford Properties | James KM Cheng

Not sure how they got away with just one long massive railing to resolve the grading. Should have at least steps or something

    2542-2570 Garden Drive & 2309-2369 East 10th Avenue | 20m | 6s | Rositch Hemphill

Decent infill even if the design is a bit of a mishmash
