Le Germain overall has aged really well imo. I wish more projects today achieved that level of quality.

Whatever the fake wood was that was used for Le Germain has aged really well. Hopefully this will be something similar

I was hoping for some sort of treated wood of some kind. I imagine cost and maintenance would be alot of they went with actually wood...

I'm waiting for the final product to make my judgement, but the fact they are using wood as the primary exterior and not just glass...
