I didn’t get a photo but noticed this evening they have already levelled the area.

Was by there today and this is correct. No digging just a start on scrubbing the site.

Must be levelling the area in prep for the drillers.

Hopefully someone lets them know quick they should do some shoring first.

The partial building permit has just been released for this site. Bp2025-07791. Construction will begin imminently.

Fingers crossed another empty lot will disappear.
