The final phase and third tower in Boundary Road's Wall Centre Central Park development is quickly approaching exterior completion after completing structural assembly of the building's non-orthogonal podium and tower. Glazing and composite cement panels have sheathed most of the development as the 36- and 33-storey buildings that comprise the first phase lurk beside.

Floor plans across the 30 levels of the building include one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus den, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus den arrangements, topped by a penthouse level that contains five residences. Each tower in the GBL Architects-designed project includes a fitness centre, meeting rooms, and outdoor patio spaces. An elevated green space nestled behind the three towers features agricultural plots, potting stations and space for tool storage.

The development also lends a hand to the community by offering 10,250 square feet of multi-purpose space. The City-owned Collingwood Neighbourhood House Annex will feature a 2,700-square-foot space with a sprung floor, a 700-square-foot arts room, a 900-square-foot commercial-grade kitchen, a children's room, shared office space, and 51 underground parking spots.
