What is being marketed as "Canada's first interactive illuminated residential tower" will be coming to the front door of Surrey's King George Station. Concord Pacific's latest highrise condominium is dubbed Park Boulevard, a 41-storey project that, like the others in the developer's portfolio, features an abundance of glass and long balconies. What stands out here is its exterior feature — horizontal strips along the facade will light up and down when a train arrives at the adjacent Expo Line transit hub.

The 419-unit development will be built with one- to three-bedroom layouts, including townhomes, and a number of amenities designed to keep residents busy. An indoor pool, tepidarium, sports lounge, business centre, fitness centre, indoor badminton court, and even a bowling alley will fit snugly within the project's tall and slender frame. Amping up the sustainable features of the development, Park Boulevard will be the first residential building in Surrey with electric vehicle charging outlets in 50 percent of residential parking stalls.

Inside, each home will be equipped with European appliances, custom wood-grain laminate cabinetry, plenty of shelving and storage space, and custom-design drawer organizers. Outside, the dys architecture-designed tower orients its townhome collection towards the street, while a monochromatic facade and angled balconies articulate the contemporary design of the building.
