Beedie Development Group's 26-storey Crown project is approaching completion, just months after the nearby Evergreen Line entered service. The Coquitlam development features a design by the award-winning Chris Dikeakos Architects that materially blends together glass, cedar-inspired soffits, and stone cladding.

The development is filled to the brim with a variety of amenities — over 3,500 square feet of indoor recreation areas will be accompanied by more than 2,400 square feet of outside space. Residents are greeted to the building with a circular entry court augmented by landscaping and a water feature, leading them into a double-height lobby. An entertainment room equipped with a kitchen, dining areas, and a fireside lounge stands alongside a games room, children's play area, and fitness centre, while an outdoor terrace provides space for barbecuing and casual conversation.

Crown's spacious units come with full dining and living areas, over-height doors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood grain laminate flooring, and expansive balconies. Penthouses of over 1,500 square feet are attached to sweeping corner roof decks.

Recent images from the site show the topped out tower almost fully enveloped in glass, save for the vertical strip occupied by the external hoist. Balcony glass installation is also still upcoming, with occupancy of the development expected to take place later this year.
