Set to become the latest in a series of recent developments either recently completed or ongoing at the Great Northern Way Campus district in Vancouver, 569 Great Northern Way, designed by Perkins + Will for PCI, will add 160,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space spread across seven floors to the area. The ground-floor lobby and common space will include an additional 3,000 square feet of retail.

At ground level, 569 Great Northern Way will feature a 3,000-square-foot retail space, which will front onto the street. The addition will be a welcome one for the Campus, offering greatly increased local dining and shopping options upon the development's completion in early 2018.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
