Located just south of the bustling Surrey City Centre, in close proximity to the SkyTrain and several of the quickly rising Vancouver suburb's latest retail, dining, and other services, Concord Pacific's Park Avenue Condos have recently topped off. As the latest addition to Surrey's ongoing urban transformation, the twin 46-storey towers will bring a total of 424 residential units to the area.

All but complete, Park Avenue Condos have been outfitted with a subtle aquamarine-tinted exterior glazing. Each tower has been capped off with decorative metal framework, which serves as the 'roof' for the dual outdoor terraces and rooftop pool decks. Dubbed "Club PA," each tower will offer its residents a full array of amenities. The pools and terraces will be equipped with private cabanas and sky gardens, while the shared grounds will be home to a tennis court.

Ranging in price from $180,000 to $250,000, units will span from 446 to 1,343 square feet, with an array of sizes available in between. The project's proximity to central Surrey and the SkyTrain is a likely draw for those looking to escape the sky-high prices of Metro Vancouver while remaining connected to the downtown core.

Once complete, Park Avenue Condos will be a welcome addition to the area, as central Surrey has recently entered into a period of significant density and upward growth.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
